By understanding what stress actually is and how our mind and body respond to it, we can empower ourselves by how we think about it, react to it and be with it. In this special class meditation teachers Davide Piai & Kimberly Poppe, who have lived through burn out themselves, will share some of what they have found most helpful, including a simple mindfulness practice as well as how you can be loving and compassionate to yourself when you are struggling. It is also a space to cultivate community—to connect with others facing similar challenges for encouragement and support!
