Join Kimberly Poppe for this weekend meditation retreat where we will discover how to bring the presence of meditation into all aspects of our daily life. By exploring using our senses (physical sensations, sounds, sights, tastes and smells) as a support for meditation, it is possible to transform what normally distracts us and usually brings us out of the present moment and out of ourselves, into a tool to actually help us be more present and joyful in every moment of our lives.
During this weekend retreat, we will explore the practice of meditation in an interactive and experiential way, inside as well as outside in the beautiful environment in Zeeland. The focus will be on self-discovery through meditation itself, along with plenty of time for questions and clarification.
