It’s not easy to keep a clear mind and an open heart when we’ve got so much going on in our lives. That’s why it is so important to take time out to relax, recharge and discover how we can infuse our lives with more presence, balance and meaning.
This four-day retreat will provide the perfect opportunity to practice meditation in a beautiful natural environment, and with the guidance and support of experienced teachers Kimberly Poppe and Steve Cope.
We will take the time to discover for ourselves what can happen when we allow ourselves to just be, rather than always thinking and doing. In addition, we will explore how to develop a different relationship to our thoughts and emotions and find a bit more kindness and gentleness for ourselves.
Each day will consist of sessions of meditation practice, instruction and clarification, along with time in the afternoons to ask questions, share experiences and learn from each other. We will also bring the mindfulness, awareness and spaciousness of meditation into whatever we are doing, whether sitting, walking outside, eating or even just enjoying a cup of tea!
There will be the opportunity to spend some of the day in silence, with plenty of time to relax and enjoy being at the Mandali retreat center.
In addition, you will be supported to continue your meditation practice at home with the new Bodhi app.
