Meditation and photography share the same goal. To capture the freshness of the present moment. To find beauty in our everyday experience. To change the way we see the world.
The day begins with a grounding in the practice of meditation, suitable for both experienced meditators and those who have never tried before.
After exploring how to use our sense of sight as a support for meditation, we will head out into the world to integrate that into our everyday experience with our cameras.
The day will include plenty of time for discussion, clarification and sharing our photographs, and we will end with a final meditation session.
