Meditation—The Fundamentals

This course will establish all the fundamentals needed to give you the confidence to practice meditation. It will explore both mindfulness and awareness, using the breath as a support to help settle the mind, as well as exploring just allowing yourself to be, to rest, just as you are. Even if you have previous meditation experience, you will benefit from new insights and approaches and receive support in developing or continuing a daily meditation habit.

• Thursdays: 11, 18, 25, January & 1 February—12 noon UTC (group 4)
